Seven young female dancers and their coach from STOP India are on tour in Denmark.

They teach dance and self-defense to Danish youth and show their beautiful performance ASSHRAY (FLOWERS) with classical dance from different regions of India mixed with modern Bollywood dance and theater scenes about a life of sexual abuse and oppression.

“STOP” is an Indian NGO that fights forced prostitution and trafficking of girls. More than 1,500 girls have been released from Indian brothels with the help of STOP.

The sports high school in Sønderborg was visited by STOP India, which left a lasting impression on students and teachers. Watch a short movie produced by the school.
