How to participate in the Global Stay Tour?

Each Global Stay Tour is planned based on the class/teacher’s wishes and needs. Through close collaboration with the responsible teachers, we ensure that the academic and pedagogical content is adapted accordingly.

Spor Media can facilitate Global Stay Tours via Zoom. If you prefer your Global Stay Tour to take place through another digital tool, we can also arrange for that.

If you want to go on a Global Stay Tour, we need to know:

How many students are you?
When do you want the “study trip” to take place?
Which subjects will be the point of departure for the trip?
Which Sustainable Development Goal do you want to focus on?
What are the students language and knowledge competencies?

Planning in Bolivia or Kenya:

When we have this information, the organisations in Kenya and Bolivia can start planning, finding the right cultour-guides and prepare them with knowledge about the theme in focus of your tour.

They will also be involved in the more detailed planning of the tour in collaboration with us from Spor Media, and be responsible for inviting local experts, who can contribute with knowledge during the tour.

Research about Bolivia or Kenya

Before going on the Global Stay Tour, we recommend that you learn more about the country you are visiting. The preparation can be adapted to the subjects of your interests. Spor Media can support the preparation and contribute with suggestions for materials for example from our site fjernenaboer.dk. It is also important that you talk about your expectations for the meeting with the young cultural tour guides.
